We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

Payment

You will not be charged for any items until you confirm your order by entering your personal information and payment details when placing your order. Payment can be made with Visa, Master Card, and PayPal. If you are unable to make a payment using any of the above cards, please email us at hello@petalprovedore.com.au prior to placing an order, and we can discuss an alternative method of payment.

All cardholder information is encrypted and not visible to any other parties and processed via the Commonwealth Bank. Orders will only be processed once payment has successfully been made. All purchases will be converted to Australian Dollars (AUD). If purchasing from overseas we recommend you check the conversion with your local currency prior to finalising your purchase.

Public Holidays

We are closed on all Public Holidays – If you place an order on a public holiday, we will contact you and offer a refund or delivery of your order the next business day.

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

All prices quoted include GST for orders placed within Australia.

Delivery

To guarantee same day delivery, we request that you place your order by 12noon for business addresses and 2pm for residential addresses. Delivery charges are determined according to suburb and delivery costs will be added to your order before processing. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the product, it will be left in a safe, weather protected spot at the delivery address specified as we see fit.

Images

The images of flowers presented reflect a particular time and season. Although we will endeavour to create arrangements that closely resemble your selection, please allow for changes in availability and season. In such cases, we will substitute flowers with similar blooms to best reflect the style of the image displayed. Goods Return Policy

If you deem the product to be faulty we will happily replace your good/s or refund your money subject to the following:

1. Please email us at hello@petalprovedore.com.au advising us of your concerns in relation to the good/s within 24 hours of receipt.
2. Payments will not be refunded where there has been a change of mind.
3. We do not make refunds for any shipping or freight damage; please refer to the carrier for any damage concerns.
4. The good/s need to be returned to The Petal Provedore within 48 hours of us accepting the return of the goods.
5. Once we have received the good/s and are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the good/s or issue a refund for the purchase price of the item within 7 days of receiving the returned good/s.

Apart from any use permitted under the Copyright Act 1968, no part may be reproduced by any process, nor may another exclusive right be exercised, without the permission of The Petal Provedore. All reasonable endeavours have been undertaken to gain permission from copyright owners to use their images on our site. Where the copyright owner of an image wishes for its removal from the site, the owners of the site will remove the image pending acceptable notification in writing from the copyright owner.
